Wisconsin Public Service Promotes Spicer
Green Bay, WI – Larry Borgard, Integrys Energy Group President and COO – Utilities, announced recently that Paul J. Spicer has been promoted to Vice President – Energy Supply and Control for Integrys subsidiary Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. In addition to his Energy Supply and Control responsibilities, Mr. Spicer will also oversee the utility's Generation Planning and Transmission Planning functions.
Spicer is an Appleton native who graduated from Appleton West High School. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Beginning his career at WPS in 1993, Spicer has held several positions, including Director – Energy Supply and Control. He will report to Mr. Borgard.
